Custom parts

During the rebuild, I had to design and draw accurate illustrations with dimensions for various one-off parts. These may be of use to other Guzzi owners. Note all the metal items were made in stainless steel.

The illustrations can be edited in any decent illustration package such as Adobe Illustrator or CorelDraw.

	Caliper adapters: allows four-pot Brembos (type 4165) to be used with Tonti-framed Guzzi fork legs and 320 mm diameter discs (PDF file, 30 kB)
	Caliper adapters: as above but for 300 mm diameter discs (PDF file, 30 kB)
	Choke lever: standard Le Mans I (PDF file, 25 kB)
	Foot control pivot bolt: standard Le Mans I (PDF file, 5 kB)
	Fork brace: for 38 mm Marzocchi Strada forks) (PDF file, 5 kB)
	Instrument bracket: standard Le Mans I, but for use with 38 mm forks (PDF file, 5 kB)
